Who answers if the agent is wrong?
Shareholders need a straight answer. If the model is wrong, does the network fail with it? No. A transaction is final only when the parties who put up a deposit agree. Good work only moves an agent up the queue and increases its reward. It cannot confirm a transaction on its own.
- Deposit
- Priority
- Reward
How it works
This is a business choice, not only a technical one. If a machine's answer can reverse a transaction, the risk sits in the quality of the model. An ordinary audit does not stop that. A deposit does: the party that breaks the rules loses the money they put up.
The agent still has a clear economic interest. Accepted work gives the operator it belongs to more priority, and a larger reward. That benefit has a cap, and it fades over time, so one good quarter does not become a permanent privilege.
We are choosing the core software from two options already on the market. Shareholders will be told which one. Whichever we choose, the rule stays the same: only a party that put up a deposit can confirm that a transaction is final.
What to remember
- Network risk is separate from model risk
- Agents are rewarded, but cannot confirm a transaction alone
- A good quarter does not become a permanent privilege
The order
- 01
Lock a deposit
Operators put up money before they can confirm transactions.
- 02
Record the work
Work that follows the rules raises priority and reward, inside a ceiling.
- 03
Report the choice
The chosen core will be shown to shareholders. The capital principle does not move.
